William Brian Dukes 56, of Lafayette, IN, passed away 7:25 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2013 in St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Born July 12, 1957 in Frankfort, IN to William Brank & Barbara L. (Wells) Dukes. He married Linda A. Freeman on July 11, 1987 and they later divorced. Mr. Dukes formerly worked as a Correctional Officer for the State of Indiana. He was a 1977 Graduate of Rossville (IN) High School and attended the former Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Cambria, IN.
Visitation and Services
Services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Goodwin Funeral Home, to assist the Dukes family with final expenses.

Freeman of Flora, IN, Sister: Sherri L. Espey of Frankfort, IN, Niece: Carrie Land of Frankfort, IN, 3 Granddaughters: Jazzmine Dukes, Laura Espinoza Dukes & Adriana Espinoza Dukes.

His father-William Brank Dukes and his brother Jerry Allen Dukes.
