V. Berniece Dunn Carter 84 of Frankfort, IN, died at 5:30 a.m. July 6, 2010 at her home. Born May 16, 1926 in Warren Township, Clinton County to the late Arica B. & Delena B. (Lee) Dunn. She married Thomas C. Carter on March 9, 1947 in Clinton County and he preceded her in death on February 11, 2006. Mrs. Carter attended Beard Grade School, graduated from Michigantown High School in 1944 and attended Indiana University. A lifelong Clinton County resident, she was a homemaker and farm wife. She also was a substitute teacher from 1960-1978. Mrs. Carter was a member of the Zionsville Fellowship Church. She was an avid believer in and follower of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation and Services
Services are 11 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2010 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, July 8th from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Zionsville Fellowship Church, 9090 E SR 334, Zionsville, IN 46077. Envelopes will be available.

Brother: Glenn (Jane) Dunn of rural Frankfort
3 Grandchildren: Joe (Shelley) Carter, Craig (Beth) Carter and Carly (Nathan) Crabtree
2 Great Grandchildren: Cayden Thomas Carter and Cambell Anne Carter
