Aunt Birdie, Rick, Stacy, Dustin, Brenton and rest of Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. My memories of Tim are mostly from our childhood. It was always Rick and Tim in my memory bank. I don’t think I ever saw one without the other. Dad often mentioned how much he enjoyed watching Tim and Rick compete in a karate match held at Muncie. May God grant all of you serenity and peace in this time of mourning your loss.

Tim was a good friend and a gentle soul. I have fond memories of hanging out with Tim and Rick, riding around in Ricks cougar, and the time we went to kings island. My thoughts go out to Rick and the family.

  9. Rick A. Carter January 7, 2012 at 3:42 am

After having just retired with nearly 30 years of law enforcement at both Frankfort and Kokomo, I had worked with many, many officers over the years. There are so very few that I held in such high esteem as both a person and professional as I did of Tim Morgan.
He was the best of men and the best of partners that an officer could ever ask for. I shall carry his memory high and miss him all of my days. R. I. P.
Bless the family, my prayers are with you.

Morgan Family & the Children, & Grandchildren.
The sorrow of the faithful is not that of permanent loss, but the tender sense of sadness that comes in saying good-bye for now to someone we love. May today’s sorrow give way to the peace and comfort of God’s love.
    Sincerely,
    Mr. & Mrs Kevin Goodnight

  14. Kathy Smith January 7, 2012 at 10:06 pm

Tim was a good officer and always a soft-spoken nice guy over the years. It seemed like everything was going well for him. It is unfortunate that he was called Home so early. His mother, children, brother Rick (and all family members) are in my thoughts and prayers. Judge Kathy.

  15. Mike Scott January 8, 2012 at 12:34 pm

Tim was always a great neighbor and great while watching his kids and our play outside. He was a devoted father and I am sure also a grandfather. To the extended Morgan family we extend our sorrow for your loss. Tim provided our town and our family with much police and community service. He was there to manage the funeral of our grandson Ty Mattingly with out us even asking him – he just showed up to help.
That was the type of man Tim was. Today’s sorrow is hard and it may not be easy. Remember the fun times and the great joy he gave to you in his lifetime. He will be in the love of God’s hands having peace and comfort. The entire Morgan family is in our prayers and thoughts.
