Facebook Twitter GoogleI will always remember that Dick was like a second Father to me. I will remember his laugh, and his faithful teaching in Sunday School. Or for that matter, him working on a car and allowing us boys to stand on the bumper and peer down at the engine. Mary our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family right now.

Facebook Twitter GoogleDear Mary, we remember with fondness our two-year Christian fellowship with Dick and yourself. Our hearts hurt for you. “Hear my cry, O God: attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I…When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path…Cause me to hear thy loving kindness in the morning: for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk: for I lift up my soul unto thee…The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.” (Psa. 61: 1, 2, 142: 3, 143: 8, De. 34: 27).

The Tipton County Gideons and Auxiliary have you in our prayers. Larry and I have always enjoyed seeing Dick at Gideon functions, as well when he came to visit First Baptist Church in Tipton.
