Peggy M. Knight

Peggy M. Knight 77, of Kokomo, IN, passed away peacefully in her home. Born May 11, 1936 in Jennings County, IN to Ollie & Martha (Willoughby) Kissick. She married Robert H. Knight in August of 1953 in Jennings County, and he preceded her in death on October 20, 1979. Peggy attended school in Jennings County and received her Associates Degree in Interior Design from Pensacola Junior College. She had lived in Pensacola, FL, Frankfort and Kokomo. Peggy was a longtime and active member of the Calgary Baptist Church in Kokomo. A homemaker, she was also an interior design specialist and enjoyed furniture restoration. Peggy was a loving grandmother and great grandmother.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Sexton will officiate the service. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park.

Survived by:

She is survived by 4 sons, Mike (Theresa) Knight of Moyock, NC, Robert (Nicole) Knight of Indianapolis, David (Julie) Knight of Rossville and Sam (Trish) Knight of Carmel, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Born to a family of 14 children, 3 sisters and 3 brothers survive.
