Patrick R. Foster 53, of Frankfort, IN, died at 3 p.m. August 8, 2012 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital. Born November 25, 1958 in Frankfort to Richard C. “Pony” & Bertie L. (Crane) Foster. His loving companion of 27 years, Betty Sanders, preceded him in death on August 25, 2009. A 1977 graduate of Frankfort High School, he was a lifelong Frankfort resident. He retired from the Frankfort Fire Department after 22 years. Pat was a member of the First Christian Church and was known as Frankfort’s #1 Chicago Bears Fan.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Spencer Cemetery, Sheridan, IN. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital Foundation.

(David) Plunkett of Greencastle Step Daughters: Sandi Shore of Chicago, IL and Lisa (James) Molski of Rock Hill, SC 2 Step Grandchildren, Grace Ann and Jackson Nieces and Nephews: Tracy McGraw, Andy Foster, Maddison Plunkett and Allen Plunkett

    I went all the way through grade school until senior high with Pat. He was a very nice man. God bless his family for I know he will be missed.

    I had no idea about Pat’s passing. I am so very very sorry to learn this news. Pat was a wonderful person inside and out. I know he is where is has always wanted to be and that is with our beautiful Betty, together again forever!! My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to each and everyone of you.
