Marita J. (Ostler) Davey, 75, of Frankfort, died at 10:30 p.m., October 13, 2018 at Milner Community Health Care, Rossville, Ind. She was born March 3, 1943 in Frankfort, Ind. to James Harold & Velma G. (Baker) Ostler. She married Richard A. Davey on January 30, 1960 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and he preceded her in death on January 11, 2003.
Marita attended Clinton Central High School. She was a nurse’s aid at Milner Community Health Care. Prior to that she worked at Indiana Brass, Clinton County Hospital, was a private duty nurse, worked at Clinton House and Frankfort Nursing Home. Marita formerly attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church and was a former member of the Eagles Lodge Auxiliary. She was an avid wrestling fan and enjoyed crafts and games.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 10 a.m. -12 Noon Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. The funeral service will follow at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.

1 Daughter: Christine (Gregory) Stover of Frankfort, 2 Sons: Dennis J. (Regina) Davey of Frankfort and Gary A. (Companion Jeni Hathaway) Davey of Frankfort, 3 Sisters: Donna Mosson of Frankfort, Glenda Surber of Frankfort, Sandra (Bob) Throckmorton of Frankfort, 12 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Brian L. Davey, grandson, Kevin Summitt, granddaughter, Amanda Summitt Stover and 2 brothers.
