Linda E. (Walls) Ryan, 74, of Frankfort, died September 26, 2019 at Wesley Manor. She was born October 27, 1944 in Mattoon, Ill. to John & Helen (Gauger) Walls. She married Kent Ryan on June 12, 1966 in Bedford, Ind. and he survives.
Linda was a 1962 graduate of Bedford High School, Bedford, Ind. and attended Oklahoma University. She was a homemaker and while Kent was serving in the Marine Corps they lived in Quantico, VA, Newport, RI and Barstow, CA. Linda was one in the original group to help establish the Clinton County Humane Society. She enjoyed tennis, bowling, was an avid and excellent Bridge player, she loved animals, was very artistic and was a wonderful mother to David and Corrie.
Visitation and Services
A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 30, 2019 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Visitation will precede the service from 10-11:30 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Humane Society, c/o Clinton County Community Foundation Helen Walls Fund.

Husband: Kent Ryan of Frankfort, Son: David K. Ryan of Bridgman, MI, Daughter: Corrie E. Ryan of Oaklandon, Ind., and 1 Grandson: Alex K. Ryan.
Kent, I am very sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolence and I hope that you and your family are all well. I hope to get to Frankfort to visit with you someday. I can not make the memorial but will be thinking about you..

I would like express my deepest sympathy at the passing of Linda. As well as your entire family, I have such wonderful memories of Linda as David and I grew up together. I also remember the time that I was able to spend with Linda teaching her pottery making techniques!
