Janice Lynn Moore, 78 of Lebanon, Ind., died January 26, 2023 at her home.  She was born August 3, 1944 in Morgantown, WV to Virgil Wayne & Wanda Irene “Billie” (Harvey) Coombs.  She was formerly married to James Moore.

Janice was a 1962 High School graduate. She was a Naval wife, living in Morgantown, WV, Washington D.C., Honolulu, HI, Newport News, VA, Newport, RI, Alameda, CA, Key West, FL, Frankfort, IN and had lived in Lebanon since 1988.  A secretary, she worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Naval Reconnaissance & Technical Support Center (civil division), The Farmers Bank and Michael Gross, Attorney at Law, retiring in 2009.  Janice was of the Christian faith.  She was a member of the Key West City Chamber of Commerce and volunteered with the Naval & Marine Corp Relief Association.  Janice enjoyed antiques, antique furniture refinishing, garage sales & flea markets and was a seamstress.

2 Daughters: Tonya (Tony) Cleaver of Mooresville, Erica (John) Baber of Michigantown, 5 Grandchildren: Michael McQueen of Cicero, Jeffrey (Marina) Jones II of Frankfort, Courtney Cleaver of Avon, Kalynn Baber of Michigantown, Mackenzie Cleaver of Mooresville, 2 Great-Grandchildren: Jeffrey Jones III and Maya Jones both of Frankfort, and Sister: Patricia Hughes of Greenville, NC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Wayne Coombs.
