Jane passed away on July 9, 2022.  A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Arborwood by Shoup’s, 100 Golf Preserve Lane, Frankfort, IN  46041.  This informal open house will celebrate Jane and her laughter.  There will be a brief program at 3:00 pm. Contributions in Jane’s memory are preferred to the Antioch Church Building Fund, 4625 South State Road 39, Frankfort, IN 46041.

    I don’t see the news from Clinton County often, but today I just happened to check the obits and saw Jane. Although I was of course sad, it also brought back so many good memories of her at school functions and events. She was just one of my favorite people, and I know I’m not alone in that.

      No, you’re most definitely not alone in that. Her infectious laughter and joy radiated and touched the hearts of many. We were all blessed to have our shared experiences. With such a grand presence she carried… Peter and the family definitely miss her dearly… its been challenging. We hope to see you for her celebration of life so we can share memories and laughter of her together. Thank you for your thoughtful comment Heather!

    I just happened to be looking today and saw Jane’s moving to heaven. I have fond memories of Mr. Compton telling us where to have Jane sit at our productions because her laugh was so infectious. She supported so many at Clinton Prairie. I am sure there is more laughter in heaven now!!!

    Just caught up with Frankfort and was saddened to learn of your loss of Jane last year – many fond memories of her jovial demeanor. Hope to see you at a ’54 luncheon later this year. All the best to you and yours. Chuck
