Beth- You started praying as soon as I told you my brother had a stroke. You are a good friend.

Little did I know when asked to help a friend, I would meet Doug and he would have such a profound effect on my heart. He brought light into small dark places. Then I realized he was surrounded by angels in his family, some of which I had already met and loved. My heart aches for you and leaps for joy as I know he is laughing with heavenly angels now.

    • Jeannie November 13, 2014 at 3:31 pm

Toni- You were the angel that came into our lives. I will always have the happy memory of you and Doug sitting on the couch together – supposed to be discussing business affairs – but taking so much joy in flirting and being funny. I treasure that memory and I treasure you. The family can not thank you enough. Thank you for the generous donation to North Central Indiana Spay/Neuter in Doug’s name. God Bless you!

Thank you so much for the patience and understanding you gave to my brother. Yes- he could be annoying at times. He didn’t always understand how accounting worked and would become frustrated. Some times he was lonely and just wanted to “hang out” at the bank. The people at the Farmers Bank made it so much easier for us to help Doug. Thank you all so much.

Sorry for your loss. I got to know , Ocie and Doug years ago when they both attended New Life A/G Church. O how he loved her. He truly was a person who knew no strangers. He will be missed.

    • Jeannie November 13, 2014 at 3:35 pm

Doug did love Ocie very much. Some of his best adult years were spent with her. They are together again. Thank you for the love and faith you shared with my brother.
