Gladys L. Albitz Grey

Gladys L. Albitz Grey 86, of Frankfort, IN, died at 4:45 p.m. December 5, 2010 at Wesley Manor Health and Retirement Community. Born December 24, 1923 in Jefferson, IN to the late George & Opal (Vaughn) Hillman. She married John Herman Albitz on April 2, 1942. She married John Grey on July 13, 1974 and they divorced. Mrs. Grey was a 1942 graduate of Little Jefferson High School and was a lifelong Clinton County resident. She worked at the Little Inn in Jefferson for 18 years, Beech Grove Schools Cafeteria for 5 years and Frankfort Schools Cafeteria for 2 years. She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church and was involved in the church group Wilco.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 9th at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 8th from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Kathy Seager, great granddaughter to Mrs. Grey, will officiate. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Clinton County Humane Society, envelopes will be available.

3 Sons: William L. Albitz (Janet) of Frankfort, Jerry W. Albitz (Liz) of Virginia Beach and Thomas D. Albitz (Vicki) of Lafayette 1 Daughter: Penny Albitz Toney (Mark) of Russiaville 1 Sister: Judy Calloway (Joe) of Frankfort 7 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren

    Penny,
