Elizabeth Kelley Ticen 96, of Frankfort, IN, died at 4:10 a.m. Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Wesley Manor. Born May 7, 1917 in Frankfort, IN to James Garfield & Blanche (Massey) Kelley. Her first marriage was to Harry Cade, they lived in Chicago until he preceded her in death in 1943. She them married Ralph Daniel Ticen on December 5, 1947 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2003. Mrs. Ticen was a 1934 graduate of Frankfort High School and a lifelong Clinton County resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church. Elizabeth enjoyed gardening, bridge and was strong in her faith. She loved her family, especially her three sisters.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 26th at Wesley Manor Amanda Reid Chapel. Visitation will begin there one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Christian Church.

Survived by:

Son, Richard D. Ticen of Indianapolis. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded by:

Three sisters, Esther Johnson, Audra Pogue and Jeanne Emshoff.
