Deborah L. (Carter) Binkowski 64, of rural Frankfort, died 2:57 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015 at her home.  Born February 28, 1951 in Chicago, IL to Clifford J. & Mary Lee (Galvin) Carter.  She married Robert Binkowski in Frankfort on April 23, 1988 and he survives.  Deborah attended Frankfort High School and was a lifelong Clinton County resident. She worked at Emerson Appliance from 1987-2003. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed crocheting, singing, arts & crafts, reading and spending time with her family.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 4-7 p.m. with a 3:30 p.m. Rosary at Goodwin Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 3rd at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Green Lawn Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Husband: Robert Binkowski of rural Frankfort 1 Brother: Joseph L. (Carol) Carter of Kirklin, 1 Sister-in-Law: Tawnya Carter of Lawrenceburg, 3 Nephews: Adam & Matt Carter and Butch Miles, 4 Nieces: Deborah Carter, Kristi Willig, Lacie Carter & Nicole Carter, 5 Great Nieces: Casie Miles, Jamie Miles, Jessie Miles, Gracie Willig & Olivia Carter Gonzalez, 1 Great Nephew: Chance Miles and 1 Great Great Nephew: Jaxtin Miles.

Preceded by:

her parents and a brother, Martin Carter.

    I am so sorry to hear about Deb. We were the greatest of childhood friends, love to play and swim. She will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to all the family.
