Not only was Clara a great grandmother to my nephew and niece, Tony and Misty, she was a great woman who was there for anyone who came into her life. Whenever I went to the house to see kids I was always greeted with a hug and a smile, offered a meal or a drink, a place to spend the night since i was out of town…She always made me feel like one of her own…we spent many hours setting out on her porch just chatting….I know she will be greatly missed. With that know that I will be thinking of you all and send my sympathy. Sincerely, Aunt Kim

Facebook Twitter GoogleI just wanted to let the Martin family know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Grandma Martin took care of me when I was little, and there are times I will never forget. All of us kids would be in her yard from sun up to sundown, riding our bikes, playing on the front porch, or playing in the bushes near the alley! I will always remember her swing on the front porch, and making me strawberry cheesecake, my favorite! She was good to me and my mother (Darlene) and I appreciate all the time I spent with her.
With Love,
Tracy

Facebook Twitter GoogleClara will be greatly missed by so many. Her house was always open to friends as well as friends friends. She always greeted us all with a smile and a hug and wanted to hear all about your life. I can’t remember a single time that I saw her mad but with all those kids I’m sure there was days she was. My condolences to all the family. She lived a long and lovely life.
