Carol Ann Black 57, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at her home. Born July 27, 1957 in Clinton County, Indiana to John & Ruby Eleanor (Mounts) Laverty. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed fishing & camping. She loved her grand kids and spoiling the neighborhood children.

Visitation and Services

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 22, 2014 at Bacon Cemetery. No visitation is planned. Goodwin Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. Family and friends will have an opportunity to share memories following the graveside service at 1409 E. Morrison St., Frankfort.

4 Sons: Gary (Wife-Nicole) Black of Frankfort, Jason (Companion-Jami Lester) Black of Lebanon, Brad Black of Frankfort, William Black at home, 2 Daughters: Hope (Companion-Jason White) Black of Lebanon, Holly (Companion Herman Hollowell) Black at home, 2 Brothers: Kevin Laverty of Lebanon, Paul (Wife-Marsha) Laverty of Frankfort, 1 Sister: Pam Carney of Wichita, KS, 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren survive.
