There are no words for this tragic loss. Carla was always a pleasure to be around. She was so giving. I remember a time I told her how much I loved her big green purse. She immediately dumped the contents and insisted I have it! I remember when Bella was growing in her belly and she was so upset about a molding watermelon in her pantry at home. She knew the smell would make her sick so I said, “let’s go!” We had a silly time together while I cleaned up that nasty melon! Anyone who met her had a good time with her. Sending love and prayers to all.

Thank you for being the best cousin I could have ever asked for. We use to always talk about how we hated each other when we were kids and got so much closer as adults. I’m so thankful for all the memories we got to make together. I’m will miss sitting in my garage talking to you when we both needed to vent. You were always my go to person when I wanted to do something but felt guilty about it. Thank you for always pushing me to put myself out there. I love you so so much. I’m forever thankful that you are my family.

  41. Sonny Fonfrias August 7, 2022 at 2:24 pm

What can I say that hasn’t already been expressed by all the loving people on this page? You’ve been taken far too soon, it’s unfair – because it’s always those left behind who suffer most. Unfair to her two young children, to Carla’s loving parents who can only be living with what must be unfathomable pain. But we go forth – on this journey called life, it’s what we do, handling each day the very best we can, hoping that this beautiful young woman has found peace and comfort in the embrace of family members who will be there to receive her.
