Arland Marcella (Farmer) Thacker, 90, of Frankfort, died April 8, 2020 at I.U. Health Arnett, Lafayette, Ind. She was born August 24, 1929 in Harlan, Kentucky to Green & Mary (Hall) Farmer. She married Jesse W. Thacker on September 20, 1946 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on June 10, 2006.
Arland worked for National Cigar, Wesley Manor, and Clinton House. She enjoyed drawing, reading and trips to New Orleans.
Visitation and Services
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Cancer Fund or ALS.

5 Sons: Jimmy Barnett of California, Kelly L. Miller of Colfax, Shane Miller of Colfax, Mark W. Miller of Kentucky, Charles Miller of Louisiana, 3 Daughters: Teresa (Rob) Bales of Frankfort, Louwanna Barnett of Kansas, Sandy Barnett of Indianapolis, 2 Sisters: Elizabeth Farmer of Richmond, KY, Mary King of Richmond, KY, 2 Brothers: Harold Farmer of Texas, David Lynn Farmer of Winchester, KY, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Carl W. Miller, Daughter, April Davis, 2 brothers, Clyde & Green Jr. Farmer.
