Jason Wayne Black Sr., of Frankfort, died June 23, 2022 at his home. He was born April 11, 1977 in Frankfort, IN to Robert Tidd Jr and Carol Ann (Laverty) Black.
Jason had lived in California for a short time, but the majority of his life in Frankfort. He was a fork truck driver, working for Fed Ex Logistics. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, camping, golfing and loved being outdoors.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Bacon Cemetery.

Surviving are his Fiancé: Amy Scott of Frankfort; Father: Robert (Dawn) Tidd of Lebanon; 4 Sons: Jason (Kimberly) Black Jr. of Colfax, Dylan John Black-Powers of Gilroy, CA, Gavin Taylor Black-Powers of Gilroy, CA, and Decon Cole of Frankfort; 3 Daughters: Kelsey Black (Meechi Simpson) of Danville, Taylor Cole of Frankfort, and Debbrah Cole of Frankfort; 11 Grandchildren; 9 Siblings, step dad: William Barker Jr., as well as several extended family and friends also survive.

I am so sorry. My heart goes out to all. I grew up with Jason. We had a lot of fun times. He will.be missed deeply.my prayers are with everyone.
