Noma E. Perkins, 93, of Dayton, Ind., died September 1, 2018 at the Mulberry Health and Retirement Community. Born February 27, 1925 in Scottsville, Kentucky to Calvin T. & Edna (Brandt) Poland. She married Arley Perkins Jr. on August 31, 1957 in Lebanon, Ind. and he survives.
Mrs. Perkins attended Rock Ridge School in Kentucky. She had lived in Kokomo, Frankfort, Delphi and in Dayton for 14 years. She worked for P.R. Mallory’s for 28 ½ years, where she was an inspector and the first female foreman. She retired in 1980. Noma was a member of the Woodside Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and was an avid doll collector.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Thursday September 6, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort, with the funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Green Lawn Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to Woodside Christian Church.

Husband: Arley Perkins Jr. of Dayton, 3 Sons: Ronnie L. Dubree, Graydon K. (Paula) Perkins, and Robert A. (Kathy) Perkins, all of Lafayette, 7 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
