Zeferino Guijosa Santos

Zeferino Guijosa Santos, 67, of Frankfort, died July 15, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born on August 15, 1952 in Mexico to Antonio Guijosa and Margarita Santos.

Zeferino was retired and spent his winters in Central Mexico.  He enjoyed fishing, spending time in his garden, and watching local and professional baseball.  He had such a huge, pure heart and he was loved by many people.  He always loved unconditionally, regardless of who you were.  He was the most selfless and hardworking person his family has ever known.

Memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be from Noon – 1:30 p.m. Saturday July 18, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort.  Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort.  Father Chris Miller will officiate. The family asks that in accordance with guidelines, visitors maintain social distancing and that a mask be worn.

Surviving family includes his Wife: Amelia Regalado and his Children: Veronica (Alberto) Guijosa, Fernando Guijosa, Maria (Gabino) Refugio Guijosa, Zeferino (Elvia) Guijosa, Francisco Guijosa, Reina (Agustin) Guijosa, Juan (Alejandra) Guijosa, Brenda (Julian) Guijosa, Marco Antonio Guijosa, as well as many grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

    Mi sincera simpatía hacia toda la familia. El Sr. Zeferino era una persona muy agradable y maravillosa. Dios los bendiga y que descanse en paz.Fue un placer haber conocido al Sr. Zeferino.

    Cuanto siento la partida del señor ZEFERINO soy la maestra Viki quien trabaje en La Virgen Gto. y fue un gran apoyo en la escuela “20 de Noviembre” fue un padre de familia muy comprometido al igual que don Toño, y doña Mago , así como de su esposa yo aprendí a convivir con ellos en La Virgen y los quiero mucho y mis recuerdos van hasta donde estén, mis condolencias a toda la familia de don ZEFE
