Winifred Randolph Jameson

Winifred Randolph Jameson 88, of Frankfort, died at 8:35 a.m. Sunday, April 5, 2015 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital.  Born December 27, 1926 in Tell City to Ernest & Pearl (Holp) Owen.  She married William N. Randolph on July 1, 1944 and he preceded her in death on August 15, 1970. She then married Harry W. Jameson on December 26, 1970 and he preceded her in death on April 28, 2000.  Mrs. Jameson attended Frankfort Schools. A waitress, she worked at the Williamsburg Inn, Frankfort Country Club, Ulen Country Club and the Common Grounds. She formerly attended the Faith Family Church.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Goodwin Funeral Home, Frankfort. Paul Whitaker will officiate. Entombment will follow at the Clinton County Mausoleum in Green Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Humane Society or Esophageal Cancer Walk.

Survived by:

1 Daughter: Diane Smith of Frankfort, 4 Sons: Ed (Suzanne) Randolph of Noblesville, Pete (Pam) Randolph of Frankfort, Rick (Heidi) Randolph of Michigantown, Mark (Kristy) Randolph of Monticello, 10 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded by:

a brother, Ernie Owen and 3 sisters, Clara Jarboe, Catherine Blandford and Erna Kellams.

    I loved Winnie she was one of my best friends and I will miss her a lot. We worked a Common Grounds together and had a lot of good times

    Dear Family,
    So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. Met your Mother when we attended Faith Family and were in the same small group gathering. Always looked forward to her bringing such good pies to our gatherings. She was a sweetheart. Know you will miss you her. Please accept our deepest sympathy.     Winnie was one of a kind! We were the last owners of the Common Grounds and there was never a dull moment when she was working! A hard worker and one that had a sense of humor! Our thoughts and prayers to the family.

    My deepest condolences to your family on Winnie’s passing. I met her at Faith Family Church where we were in small group together. I always loved being around Winnie, and her food, well let’s just say Delicious! She will be missed!
