Facebook Twitter GoogleOn behalf of the Clinton County Highway Department, we are very saddened at Bill’s passing. Not only was Bill a good mechanic, he was everyone’s friend. I never heard him say a bad word about anyone. He came out here for our Christmas dinner every year, and we were very happy to see him this past Christmas. Bill will be missed and we are very sorry for your loss. Your family will be lifted up in prayer.
