Verl Samuel “Sam” Weaver 61of Frankfort, IN, died at 3:25 a.m. September 29, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette, IN. Born May 10, 1950 in Frankfort, IN to Verl & Hazel (Burton) Weaver. Mr. Weaver attended school in the Anderson area. He was a professional painter and did different odd jobs.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations, in memory of Sam, may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.

Mother: Hazel Weaver of Frankfort Longtime Companion: Teresa Lowther of Frankfort 4 Sons: Tyler (Holli) Weaver at home, Verl (Vikki) Weaver Jr. of Tiffin, OH, Robert Eugene Weaver of Tiffin, OH and Douglas Carl (Rhonda) Weaver of Tiffin, OH 1 Daughter: Maria Ann Reno of Sanford, FL 3 Brothers: Charles (Karen) Weaver of Frankfort, Walter “Bill” (Barbara) Weaver of Frankfort and Buddy Thornton of Ohio 3 Sisters: Elsie Kirby of Frankfort, Carol (Ron) Wright of Frankfort and Janet (Ken) Scott of Virginia 10 Grandchildren, 7 Step Grandchildren and 2 adopted Grandchildren

    Teresa, I am so sorry for your loss. I am praying for you and I just found out about this today Wed. the 5th, please forgive me for not being there for you. But he is in God Hands now and he will watch over you as always. You were a great companion to Sammie and he loved you very much. May God be with you. Love ya girl and God Bless you Ginger
