Thomas Allen Fuel, 59, of Frankfort, died August 27, 2024 at I.U. Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette, surrounded by family.  He was born March 6, 1965 in Frankfort to Dennis & Kathy (Zeigler) Fuel.  He married Tiffany McWhorter on October 9, 2013 in Frankfort and she survives.

Tom was a 1984 graduate of Frankfort High School.  He was a supervisor for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) in Frankfort for 4 years.  Prior to that, he had worked for Frankfort High School in maintenance and Forest Products Group.  Tom was an avid NASCAR fan, especially Tony Stewart, enjoyed collecting signs and loved his man cave.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, September 6th at the funeral home. Shan Sheridan will officiate. Burial will be in Whiteman Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.

Wife: Tiffany Fuel of Frankfort, Step-son: Jerald Leuck of Kentucky, Step-Daughter: Leanna Leuck of Frankfort, Sister: Jennifer Smith of Frankfort, Nephew: Nick Smith of Frankfort, Father-in-Law & Mother-in-Law: Bob & JoAnn Davis of Monticello, Sister-in-Law and Brother-in-Law: Amber and Jerry MacOwan of Monticello, 2 Grandsons: Khyler & Asher Leuck of Frankfort, Aunts & Uncles: Joe & Susan Palmer and Karen & Charles Weaver all of Frankfort

his mother, Kathy Fuel, nephew, Matt Fuel and uncle, James Zeigler.

    Jenny, I am so, so sorry for yet another loss. Blessings to you sweetheart. I’m with you in losing family. I am a widowed orphan. No husband no siblings and minus a son. Love to you, Tom’s family and your son.

    Tom you were a great friend, really enjoyed working with you at the high school. I watched you grow up as a kid hanging out at the firehouse. I will forever know you as top fuel, fly high and sore with the eagles. I know you’ve gained your wings, rest in eternal peace my friend.

    Jenny, My deepest condolences to you and Toms family. I sure had a lot of good times with Tom back in the day!! Smoked my first Swisher Sweet playing poker at his apartment across from Fryes… lol. Prayers for comfort, strength & healing through this very difficult time. Big hugs!!
