Susan Kay Brunson

Susan Kay Brunson, 71, of Lebanon, Ind., died May 7, 2019 at Signature Healthcare Parkwood, Lebanon.  She was born August 3, 1947 in Frankfort, Ind. to Floyd Keith & Edith L. (Scott) Laughner.  She married James Charles Brunson and he preceded her in death.

Susan attended Forest High School.  She was a homemaker.  She enjoyed crocheting, crafts, needlepoint, music, crossword puzzles, fishing, especially on the St. John River and she loved her little dog, Angel.

 

 

Visitation and Services

No Services are planned.  Goodwin Funeral Home and Clinton County Crematory are assisting the family with arrangements.  

Survived by:

Surviving are her 2 Daughters:  Melissa (Mike) Kinslow of Darlington & Marla (Bryan) Smith of Thorntown; 2 Sons:  Matthew Powers of Lebanon & Michael Powers of Florida; Brother: Robert (Gail) Laughner of Sharpsville; 10 Grandchildren; and 7 Great Grandchildren.  

Preceded by:

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Powers.

    So sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I went to school with her. Had some good times at Forest school and the soda shop. She is on a better place now. God please put your arms around Susan’s family and help them through this time. God is with you. Love to all.
