Stephen Arthur Walker 73, of Frankfort, died December 7, 2015 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born April 13, 1942 in Clinton County to Steven Willis & Jesse (Fields) Walker McGill. He married Marsha L. Adams in 1973 and she preceded him death on November 1, 2000. He then married Linda Winter on July 3, 2009 and she survives. Stephen attended Frankfort High School and was a lifelong Frankfort resident. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served from 1960-1966. Stephen was manager of the Gem City Cigar Store. He was a member of the Victory Chapel and a lifetime member of the American Legion. Stephen loved to color.

an infant son, Thomas Charles Walker.
He would come to dad’s house with a stringer full of fish. He didn’t like to eat them, but he loved to catch them.

He loved his work at Gem City and was a bit lost after it burned down with the rest of those buildings downtown.
