Shirley Ann (Osbron) Taylor 74, of Frankfort, IN, died at 2:20 p.m. April 13, 2010 at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, IN. Born October 1, 1935 in Highland Park, MI to Luther & Lottie (Crouse) Osbron. Her marriage was to Jack A. Taylor from 1964 to 1990. Shirley was a 1952 graduate of New Concord High School in New Concord, Kentucky and attended Lockyears Business College in Evansville. She lived in Hazel, and Louisville, KY, Lincoln Park, MI, Evansville, Indianapolis and Frankfort, IN. She worked as a secretary for Morris Youngblood Oil Company and 18 years for Armcore Railroad Contractors. She was a former member of the Grace Baptist Church in Frankfort.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Wesley Manor Chapel, Frankfort, IN. Visitation will begin at 1 until time of service. Burial will be in Murray Memorial Gardens in Murray, KY. Memorial donations may be made to Wesley Manor Good Samaritan Fund, 1555 N. Main St., Frankfort, IN or International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), P.O. Box 96105, Washington, DC 20090. Envelopes will be available.

3 Daughters: Jacquelyn A. Wheeler of Indianapolis, IN, Susan A. (Todd) Snyder of Kirklin, IN and Jennifer L. (Jim) Rider of Kirksville, MO 1 Step Daughter: Lynda K. (Terry) Congleton of Beattyville, KY 1 Sister: Joyce (Roger) Carden of Louisville, KY 12 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents Luther and Lottie Osbron.

    Sympathies to all of Shirley’s friends and family. She was always a delight to talk with when we would visit may Dad at “The Manor”. May her many friends and family have wonderful memories of Shirley.
