Shirley A. Virtue

Shirley A. Virtue 70, of Frankfort, died at 11:50 p.m. March 4, 2014 at Wesley Manor Health and Retirement Center. Born October 4, 1943 in Kokomo, IN. She was adopted and raised by Kenneth & Beulah (Hodge) Virtue. Miss Virtue attended Jackson School and was a graduate of Clinton Prairie. A homemaker, she also provided childcare and was involved in healthcare. She was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church. Shirley enjoyed playing bingo and loved all animals, especially cats.

Visitation and Services

Calling will be Monday, March 10, 2014 from 12 Noon-2 p.m. at Wesley Manor Chapel, with services at 2 p.m. at the Wesley Manor. Entombment will follow at Green Lawn Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to Guardian Angel Hospice.

2 Brothers: Randy (Partner Rick Benz) Virtue of Key West, FL and Thomas Randall of Kokomo, Friend and caregiver, Edna Pedigo of Frankfort.
