Sandra “Arleen” Johnston, 84, of rural Frankfort, died January 15, 2024 at IU Health Arnett, Lafayette, Ind. She was born January 4, 1940 in Clinton County to the late William & Hazel (Huffer) Davis.
Arleen attended Frankfort grade schools and was a 1958 graduate of Rossville High School. She had lived in Clinton County her entire life. She had worked at Mallory Controls and since 1981 worked at Frito Lay, retiring from there. She was a member of Country Chapel Church of God, Clinton County Art League, Central Indiana Artists and the Dorcas Society. Arleen enjoyed painting and spending time with her family.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Country Chapel Church of God, 8721 E CR 200 N, Michigantown, IN 46057.

Son: Patrick A. (Sherri) Johnston of Frankfort, Daughter: Regina L. (Dennis) Davey of Frankfort, Sisters: Barbara Gunyon of Frankfort, Cheryl Ballenger of Frankfort, Connie C. Davis of Frankfort, Brother: Gary Davis of CA, 5 Grandchildren, Jessica (Craig) Cearlock, Courtney Johnston, Jared Johnston, Megan Davey Hobaugh and Aaron Davey and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

her parents, sister, and a great-granddaughter.
