Samuel P. Scolley, 75, of Bedford and formerly of Frankfort, passed away July 15, 2020 at Garden Villa Nursing Home in Bedford.  He was born December 4, 1944 in Cutler, Ind. to Samuel Pete Sr. and Margaret Alberta (Luper) Scolley.

He served in the Army National Guard.  He had worked for Gordon Paper Company in Virginia Beach, VA and retired from there in 2006.  He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Frankfort.

Memorial donations may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, 2056 E. Wabash St., Frankfort, Indiana or to Goodwin Funeral Home,  to assist with final expenses.

Visitation and Services

Graveside Services will be held at Scotland Cemetery, Kirklin, Indiana at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.   

Survived by:

Surviving family includes his Brothers: Thomas (Sharon) Scolley of Vega, Texas and Mark (Terrie) Scolley of Columbus, Indiana; Sister: Ida (Loney T.) Galey of Bedford, Indiana; along with several nieces and nephews.  

Preceded by:

He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers James Scolley and Benjamin Scolley.
