Facebook Twitter GoogleJust wanted Ruth’s family to know I am thinking of you. My family (Frank and Kathleen Camp) lived across the field from Elmer and Marie. The summer before my junior year in high school I met Ruth. Ruth hired me to stay with Marie during the day while Elmer was in the fields. I enjoyed getting to know Elmer and Marie. I also got to know Ruth who was a very sweet, sweet lady. Ruth was my “Ideal Lady” in Sunshine Society at CP my junior year. Ruth was, like I said, very sweet and kind and even after I graduated from high school and I would see Ruth out and about she would always remember me and we would visit briefly sharing memories about Marie and Elmer…. by the way! they were awesome people who raised an awesome daughter too and they were so kind to myself and my siblings…. I have many fond memories of going to their home. I have thought of Ruth many times over the years and she would bring a smile to my face. I know this is a difficult time, but cling to the promises of our savior. I will always remember your Mom fondly as I keep her family in-prayer.
Sincerely, Jenny

Facebook Twitter GoogleWas sadden by the passing of Ruth. Her involvement with Jefferson United Methodist Church showed her love not only for her neighbors and community, but more of God’s calling upon her life.
She will be greatly missed by all of us at JUMC and the community.
May God continue to bless the Paddock families.

Facebook Twitter GoogleI always enjoy seeing Ruth when she would take here walk on B row and Bridgette and I would drive by in the golf cart and Bridgette would go over to her, and let her pet her she just enjoyed that. So did Bridgette for she could not go any where in the park to meet to many people but she loved being driven around and see Ruth walking and taking a break. We know now she is with the lord. We pray for her blessing. Thank you Ruth for sharing your life with us and doing all the good things you have done. Dorothy and I will pray for the family and bless them also.
