Roger L. Wills, 71, of Frankfort, passed away July 6, 2024 in his home. He was born on July 30, 1952 in Lebanon to the late James R. Wills and Barbara J. (Stowers) Wills Hubeli. He married Nora Henderson and they later divorced.
Roger graduated from Frankfort High School and attended Vincennes University. He was the owner/operator of Wills Electric for over 50 years. In his younger years, he enjoyed photography and painting, but his greatest joy was family, especially his children and grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Roger’s honor to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Visitation and Services
A Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit from 3 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Clinton County Mausoleum in Green Lawn Cemetery, Frankfort.

Surviving along with his Mother: Barbara Hubeli are his Sons: Adam R. Wills (Sara Benkert) of Lebanon and Andrew L. (Brittany) Wills of Frankfort, Daughter: Angela (James) Pepper of Plainfield, 5 Grandchildren: Piper and Regan Wills, Jameson and Henry Pepper, and Cooper Wills, and Brother: Richard D. (Janis) Wills of Frankfort.

He was preceded in death by his dad, step-dad: John O. Hubeli, and brothers: Forest, Jim, Jay, and Martin.
I had Roger work on our electric and couldn’t have asked for a better job done! He even helped me when I was at the parts store and he just knew what breakers I needed! I was amazed. He will be missed. : ( Susie
