Roberta M. Lee 90 of Colfax, IN, died at 7:55 a.m. August 18, 2010 at Clarian Arnett Hospital, Lafayette, IN. Born January 29, 1920 in Frankfort, IN to the late Amos Levi & Mary (Hamilton) Hamilton. She married Ralph M. Lee on November 19, 1938 and he preceded her in death in December 26, 1987. Mrs. Lee was a 1938 graduate of Little Jeff High School and was a longtime Clinton County resident. She had also lived for 12 years in Montgomery County. She was a homemaker and farm wife. She was a member of the Colfax Christian Church and involved in the Dorcas Women’s Organization through the church.

Visitation and Services

Service will be 12 Noon Tuesday, August 24th at the Colfax Christian Church. David Collier will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday at the church. Private burial will be held in Green Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial donations be made to the Colfax Christian Church, envelopes will be available.

Son: John F. (Mary Ann) Lee of Frankfort Daughter: Janice M. Lee of Fort Myers, FL 3 Grandchildren: Brian L. (Brooke) Paddack, Heather R. (Gary) Martin and Garet B. Paddack

She was preceded in death by brother, Francis L. Hamilton and sister, Mary Lou Salisbury

    Roberta was always an inspiration to us when she received home communion on Sunday afternoons. Whether talking about family, friends or farming, she had such a positive outlook. I will miss stopping by Roberta’s.
