Robert L. ‘Bob’ Sharp

Robert L. ‘Bob’ Sharp, 76, of Frankfort, died November 11, 2020 at I.U. Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette, Ind.  He was born July 25, 1944 in Frankfort, Ind. to Quincy & Florence Lucille (Reed) Sharp.  He married Mary Lou Dunham on June 7, 1964 in Frankfort and she survives.

Bob was a 1962 graduate of Frankfort High School.  He worked for Federal Mogul/National Seal for over 40 years. He was a member of the Community Christian Church.  Bob was a fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Indianapolis Colts and NASCAR.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 1:30-3 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society. Out of respect for the health, safety, and comfort of all in attendance, guests will be expected to adhere to current CDC guidelines regarding appropriate social distancing and the wearing of masks.

Wife: Mary Lou Sharp of Frankfort, Daughter: Gayle C. (Jeff) Morrison of Frankfort, 2 Sons: Jason (Angie) Sharp of Frankfort and Jeremy (Lauren Hubbard) Sharp of Lafayette, Brother: James (Beth) Sharp of Frankfort, Sister: Nancy Kay (Charlie) Peters of Columbus, 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, Rodney C. Sharp in 1969.
