Facebook Twitter GoogleWe are thinking of your family during this difficult time. Bob made such a difference in our family’s life, especially my dad’s life. Many fond memories of the Shelton’s and the Bogue’s. They had a lot of fun together, laughing, sharing, singing, food and rejoicing in God. He was such a testimony to our family. Our thoughts and prayers are with Nina, Robbie, Leigh Ann and families. Mom sends her love and is so sorry she cannot be there. Sending virtual hugs to you all. Love, Jean Shelton, Cindy and Mark, Pennie and families.

Facebook Twitter GoogleI am saddened to hear of Bob’s passing.. He and I worked together at Steel Technologies, in the mid 80’s and his subtle witnessing and gentle spirit planted a seed to follow Christ in my heart. I am so thankful God allowed our paths on earth to cross and know with certainty he is in the presence of our Savior. Earth’s loss but a true gain for heaven.. My prayers will be with the family.

Facebook Twitter GoogleSo sad to see this notice of Bro. Bob’s passing. I know you are heartbroken. I’ve thought a lot about you guys lately. I’ve wondered how Bob & Nina were doing. I almost tried to call Rob not long ago to see how everyone was. I guess it’s good I didn’t because it sounds like you had your hands full. I’m so saddened by this news. I know you’re hearts are breaking. I loved them & I love you all. My thoughts & prayers are with you. Love to all.

Facebook Twitter GoogleRob, I was sorry to hear of your fathers passing. It’s the best assurance for us knowing that he walks this morning on streets of gold. I always enjoyed our talks especially on Old Testament history and such. A “ salt of the earth Christian” as my mom would say. Peace to you and your family. Brian

He baptized my son, he saved me, he did my son’s eulogy at his funeral, he was there for me when my son passed away and I can’t think him enough for everything he’s done for my family. I will pray for your family you’re always in my thoughts and prayers my son’s name was Larry Burt and my name was Pauline Burt. My prayers go out to your family.
