Facebook Twitter GoogleBob and I worked at GE as sales engineers during the 1990’s when I was just beginning my career. Although there were many years between us in age, we became the best of friends as Bob always was very young at heart. We spent countless hours in the car going to visit customers and I can remember the great stories, laughs, and most of all that Bob Kehrer smile & grin that he would display most of the time. Bob was a true gentleman with integrity and an incredible work ethic, but mostly he was fun to be around, always with a quick quip or funny joke to lighten the mood. He had a major impact on my life, and I will always look back fondly on the time we had together.

Facebook Twitter GoogleI got to know Bob by his involvement with Garney Enterprises and several invites to work in Bob and Nancy’s home. A joy to be around. In our conversations at the office I don’t know if he realized he was teaching me lessons I very much needed to learn…but he was. Sharing his experiences working at the bank and, at times, at Garney’s office having to navigate potentially stressful conversations with people over tough things to have a conversation about, like being behind and catching up not feeling realistic. He taught me at times like that no matter how agitated the other person is/was, the facts are still the facts and level heads will come sooner finding a way through what needs dealt with. Forever grateful for the chance to know him. Blessings on those closest to him as you figure out how to move forward.
