Having had the happiness, and the honor to serve at his pleasure eleven years in Computers and Data Processing and as one of his officers at Clinton County Bank and Trust in Frankfort I hereby testify as to his completely competent and professional conduct, and his foresight in all matters related to banking by the uses of computer technology. It was a sadness in life when he decided to sell the bank and to leave our community. He was sorely missed. He was Colonel in charge of finances with the Confederate Air Force and the Commemorative Air Force and I had the honor of being one of his officers in that organization whose goal was and is to keep alive and flying one of every War Two aircraft so we can hear, feel, and smell them running, and even join in flying them. He was already missed. A few years ago we held an honors dinner for him at our Country Club, a reunion of those who missed him and it was a wonderful time for us all. Among men few are better in society, in propriety, in decorum and protocol befitting the officer and the Gentleman. Communities do not easily replace such men. We have hope of joining him in Heaven by Christ’s grace.

Facebook Twitter GoogleI am saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. I am forever grateful for the mentoring he gave me on the tennis court in my youth. I too love the game of tennis to this day and owe it partly because of him. Thank you for that gift.
Sincerely,
Janice Jacoby
