Robert B. Davison 75 of rural Michigantown, IN, died at 1:57 p.m. Saturday April 4, 2015 at home.  Born June 2, 1939 in Kokomo, IN to Dale and Katherine (Martin) Davison.  He married Sharon Rose Ensinger on April 18, 1964 and she preceded him in death on October 3, 1993.  Mr. Davison attended Kokomo High School and was a veteran of the US Army; he had been stationed in Alaska. Robert retired after 27 years working at Continental Steel and then worked for Mohr Construction both in Kokomo. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and woodworking.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Rev. Lehman Hale will officiate. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park.

Survived by:

2 Daughters: Catherine (Larry) Dukes of Russiaville, IN, Alicia (Garry) Bray of Mulberry, IN, 3 Sons: Terry Davison of Frankfort, Robert (Shonna) Davison of Frankfort and John (Tammey) Davison of Frankfort. 1 Brother: John D. (Rita) Davison of Sharpsville, IN. 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by an infant sister and a brother-William Joseph Davison

    Rob and families, we are so sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. Know he has been battling his health for awhile now.
    May he rest in the arms of angels.

    Rob, I didn’t have the honor of knowing your father but in watching the video he obviously loved his kids and grand kids along with his love for the outdoors.
    I pray for peace for you and your family in the days present and upcoming.

    I understand that no words will ease your pain. Just know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Bob is missed . Do not linger on thoughts of woulda coulda and shoulda he did the best he could raising you and you did the best you could taking care of him. Love one another and take care of each other. Everyone morns the loss of a great man and Bob was one of the greats. God bless all of you.

    Gloria and I would like to extend our prayers to you and your family with the loss of your Dad. I always liked to have him on my crew the time he worked for Mohr’s.
