Ricki J. Moore

Ricki J. Moore, 71, of Frankfort, Ind., died July 23, 2024 at his home.  He was born February 20, 1953 in Bloomington, Indiana to William & Virginia (Brinegar) Moore.  He married Ruth L. Baker on January 10, 1979 in Frankfort and she survives.

Rick attended school at Bloomington South High School, Bloomington, Indiana. He moved to Frankfort in 1975 and had worked as a crane operator for Winski Brothers in Frankfort from 1975-2017.  Rick enjoyed racing, hunting, attending the U.S. Nationals, but his greatest love was his 68 Camaro and time with his grandsons.  Rick’s nickname was Magnet Man.

Visitation and Services

Per Rick’s wishes, no visitation or services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.

Wife: Ruth Moore of Frankfort, Daughter: Cynthia Moore of Frankfort, Sister: Robin (Tim) Lawson of Bloomington, Grandsons: William Imbody and Caleb Imbody of Frankfort, Nieces: Tasha Lawson of Bloomington, Nikki (Billy) Grubbs of Bedford

his parents, son, Dennis R. Moore and twin daughters, Linda S. and Christina D. Moore.

    Ruth and Cindy I can’t begin to tell you just how sorry I am for the loss of Rick. He was a good friend and a great neighbor, If there is anything Mel and I can do to help out please don’t hesitate to call or knock.
