Mr. Baker was, without a doubt, a one-of-a-kind. Seldom without an opinion and often fearless in expressing it, he and Mrs. Baker raised sons who are intelligent, productive, patriotic and devoted family men who share their father’s sense of humor and of whom Mr. and Mrs. Baker are very, very proud. I’m sure Tracy or David ‘accidentally’ shared my email address with Mr. Baker and for several years afterwards, I was the lucky beneficiary of many eclectic emails “Dickie Joe” blasted into cyberspace. That spirit will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Baker family.
