Phyllis J. Mitchell, 81, of Frankfort, died August 6, 2021.  Phyllis graduated from Rossville High School. A lifelong Clinton County resident, she was a farmwife for 45 years.  She was a member of the Forest United Methodist Church.

Visitation and Services

Services will be private.

Survived by:

3 Children, Bret Davis, Bart Davis and Jessica (Kevin) Walker

    Dear Jessica and Family,

    I am so very sorry to hear about Phyllis. She was such a fun and caring lady. I have so many fond memories of her when Jess and I were younger. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

    I will sure miss this little gem. She had a sassy spitfire attitude that always had me laughing. She will truly be missed at Wesley Manor. Jessica, I will miss seeing you come to visit. Thank you for sharing your mother with us.

      I will be back to visit. Thank you for taking such great care of mom! She was definitely blessed to have so many wonderful people taking care of her at Wesley Manor along with friends that also resided there over the years.

    Sorry for your loss of your mom. I cleaned for Phyllis at the manor. I adored her, we talked every morning I would say how ya doing Phyllis, she would say better now that your here. I’m gonna miss her but now she is in paradise.
