Phyllis Blanche Kozuch, 73, of Colfax, passed away on October 22, 2021. Phyllis was born on May 19, 1948 to Bertha Mae (Ferell) Sargent and Joseph Carl Sargent in Saint Albans, West Virginia. Phyllis married William Edward Kozuch on November 17, 1974. Phyllis was a homemaker.

Visitation and Services

A private family burial is planned at this time.

Survived by:

her husband William Kozuch as well as her three step sons, Brian (Jami), Scott, and Chad (Stephanie) and three grandchildren, Alison, Kyler, and Bryn Kozuch and sister Marslene Lovejoy.

Preceded by:

her parents and her siblings Russell, Richard, and Randal “Buck” Sargent. Phyllis also was preceded in death by two infant children, Vanessa Mae and William Joseph Jr.
