Phyllis Ann Jones, 84, a former Frankfort resident, died January 9 2022 at Lincoln Hills Health Center, New Albany, Ind.  She was born November 16, 1937 in Westmoreland, TN to Ovell W. & Lillie R. (Key) Calvert.

Phyllis was a graduate of Ben Davis High School.  She had worked for the State of Indiana.  Phyllis loved angels.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 10-11:30 a.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort, Ind. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Dementia Society of American or Alzheimer’s Association.

Son: Michael Jones of Louisville, KY, 4 Sisters: Norma Jean (Richard) Reed of Indianapolis, Delilah F. (Phil) Paulsen of Frankfort, Marilyn (Chuck) Howie of Fort Wayne, Sister-in-Law Marlene Calvert of Indianapolis, Brother-in-Law: Vic Welty of Frankfort, 3 Grandchildren: Christopher Jones, Trevor (Hanna) Jones and Ashley (AJ) Rogers, and 1 Great Granddaughter: Carolina Rogers.

Preceded by:

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a 2 brothers, Leon Calvert and Ralph Calvert, and a sister, Janis Welty.
