Peggy Qualkenbush, 73, of Frankfort, died March 5, 2024 at the Clinton House. She was born August 3, 1950 in Detroit, MI to Roy & Mary (Straley) Bolinger. She married Don Qualkenbush from Kirklin, Ind. and he preceded her in death in 2004.
Peggy was a high school graduate in Boone County and a lifelong Clinton County resident. She retired from Federal Mogul/Tenneco after 43 years in 2013. She was a Union Steward and president for the UAW Local 1947. Peggy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, amusement parks, camping, cruises, and traveling.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 12th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jefferson Cemetery.
Survived by:
son: Ronnie (Susanne) Qualkenbush of Lafayette, grandchildren: Emily Qualkenbush of Lafayette, Jacob Qualkenbush of Frankfort, Zachary Qualkenbush of Lafayette, and great-grandson: Dawson Warren of Lafayette.
Preceded by:
her parents, husband, a sister and a granddaughter, Kayla Qualkenbush.
