Patricia Ann McCreary 82, of Frankfort, IN, died October 20, 2009 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. Born October 28, 1926 in Clinton County, IN to Waldo & Mary (Milner) Waddell. She married Alvin Paul McCreary in Monticello on March 12, 1955 and he preceded her in death on August 30, 2001. Mrs. McCreary was a 1944 Frankfort High School graduate and a lifelong Frankfort resident. She was deputy clerk at Clinton County Circuit Court and worked in the office at Scheid’s Oldsmobile Cadillac. Her memberships include; First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Tri Kappa and Clinton County Republican Women.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, envelopes will be available.

Survived by:

1 Daughter: Lisa A. McCreary of Indianapolis 1 Brother: William Waddell of Frankfort 1 Sister: Virginia Isley of Crown Point Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded by:

She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Waddell.

    Dear Lisa,
    You don’t know me, but I am Wally Irwin’s sister, and have known your folks and heard much about you for many years. Wally passed away in January, but he would want to be remembered to you if he were here. You were the so special to your mom, and I know she will be missed by you. I just want to send you my sincere sympathy, and let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers… as is your Uncle Bill. God Bless you all..

    Pat was a wonderful friend of my parents, Howard and Martha Kirkendall. Virginia, Bill, and Pat were very special to our family! Lisa, you and family are in our prayers. My Aunt Betty just informed me today of your loss.

    I just found out the sad news of your mother’s death. She was a special person and I always enjoyed her stories of “Lisa” when I talked to her. I’m sorry that I missed her visitation and funeral – my deepest sympathy for your loss.
