Pamela Sue Shelley 50, of Frankfort, passed away 2:15 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Born March 9, 1964 in Frankfort, IN to William Ewell & Helen Louise (Gant) Shelley. She was a lifelong Frankfort resident and a 1982 graduate of Frankfort High School. Pam had previously worked at Lake Erie in Frankfort and most recently at MJV Group in Lafayette. She enjoyed reading but most of all sharing time with her granddaughters.

Visitation and Services

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Goodwin Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Clinton County Cancer Society or St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Companion: Wayne Bray of Frankfort, 2 Daughters: Amanda Shelley of Frankfort, Lacy Shelley of Burlington, 3 Brothers: Ewell P. (Wife-Brenda) Shelley of Vidor, TX, Terry (Wife-Carol) Shelley of Hillisburg, William Shelley of Frankfort, 2 Sisters: Madonna (Husband-Dave) Ritter of Brookston, Tonya (Husband-Mike) Heaton of Frankfort and 2 Granddaughters: Jerzie and Vanessa.

Preceded by:

2 sisters, Julia Mann & Brenda Cottrell and a brother, Bobby Shelley.

    Pam was the best and always friendly! We miss her and my office will never be as clean as when Pam cleaned it. RIP Pam!

    I worked with Pam cleanning the bank. She was such a kind, caring friend. And I always remember how she made me laugh. Always doing something to make you smile! RIP Pam. You will never be forgotten.

    She seemed like part of our family and babysat for our kids when they were young. We lived on the same street. Such a shock.

    I’ve known Pam since grade school, I had the privilege to work with Pam a couple of years ago and as usual she had me cracking up so hard I could barely do my job. the world will be a little duller without her laughter and heart of gold. Wayne prayers to you and all of your family.

    I am so sorry for the loss of such a beautiful person. I understand the sorrow and pain as I just lost my mother in law in November to a sudden death, and the entire family has my most sincere condolences. I have known Lacy since she was in High School; Lacy I want you to know I love ya and I’m here if you need anything!
