Nina Mae Hawk, 86, of Frankfort, died October 18, 2019 at Mulberry Health, Mulberry, Ind. Nina was born March 24, 1933 in Carroll County, Ind. to Bud & Stella (Page) McCoy. She married Melvin W. Hawk on August 28, 1959 at the Antioch Church and he preceded her in death in April 28, 1980.
Mrs. Hawk attended Burlington High School and was a lifelong Clinton County resident. She worked at Mallory Controls, Peter Paul and Federal Mogul. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Nina was an avid Pacer and Colts fan and loved her grandchildren.
Visitation and Services
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday October 24, 2019 at the Grace Baptist Church, 900 S. Maish Rd. Frankfort, IN. Kevin Alber officiating. Friends and family may visit at the church from 5-7p.m. Thursday prior to the Celebration of Life. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family asks that donations be made to Riley Children’s Foundation, 30 S. Meridian St., Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46204, online at www.rileykids.org or Community Schools of Frankfort Education Foundation, 2400 E. Wabash St., Frankfort, IN 46041, envelopes will be available.

Daughter: Linda Kay (Richard) Hickman of Brownsburg, IN, Son: Ronald W. (Brenda) Skiles of Frankfort, 5 Grandchildren, Michael Hickman, Steve Skiles, Brad Hickman, Jodi (Skiles) Commins, Jessica (Hickman) Hosfield. 6 Great Grandchildren

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Louise Ann Anderson.
We are saddened to see her go, but celebrate with her as she enters that place she has been longing for, in the arms of Jesus. I will miss those many times of our verbal wrestling matches with each other. I know she will be geared up and ready when we meet again!
