Navy Ray Rudd, 3, passed away on November 1, 2024. She was born January 6, 2021 to Isaac K. & Christine (Tankersley) Rudd.
Navy Ray was the bright light in the eyes of her family. She illuminated every room she entered with her infectious and joyful spirit. Her kindness and humor brought smiles to everyone around her. She had a love for animals, all things pink, music and dancing. She looked forward to attending Stage 1 dance class every Tuesday. She enjoyed being in the first pre-school, “Little Bulldog” early learning program at Clinton Central. Navy Ray will continue to impact all she knew and her gentle spirit and loving heart will forever remain in the memories of all.
Visitation and Services
A celebration of Navy Ray’s life will be held at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2024 at the Rudd home, located at 10470 W. County Road 200 N, Kokomo, IN 46901. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton Central School Corporation (memo - “Early Learning Program”), 815 N. State Road 29, Michigantown, IN 46057.

She will be deeply missed by her parents, Isaac and Christine, brother, Rylan T. Underwood, grandmother, Susan Bysoke of Wisconsin, grandfather, Thomas Tankersley III of Florida, great grandmother, Bonnie Kindred of Wisconsin, great grandfather, Thomas Tankersley II of Delaware, grandparents, Ron & Rhonda (King) Rudd of Frankfort, great grandmother, Mary Lou Kays of Frankfort and great grandmother, Judy Rudd of Frankfort, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christine and family, we are so, so very sorry to hear about your darling girl’s passing. Praying for all of you to still feel her presence with you and hoping you find some kind of comfort in knowing you will be with her again one day.
