    Dear Joyce,
We are so sorry for your lost. Enjoyed talking to Michael and you. Here is a poem for comfort.
I feel your pain and grief, my child,
for death has walked before Me too.
It takes away your loved ones
    to where you cannot follow.
But you can choose to dwell
    in loving moments lived,
or cling to sorrow and live
a broken life. You can choose to
cling to your loss or you can learn to dance again.
    A Prayer for comfort.
O Holy One, comfort all who grieve today. Hold them close till they can once again make the choice for Life. Then let the dance begin!

Joyce, your great memories will get you thru this. As you know I lost Francis(Pud) in December. It isn’t easy, but remembering the positive is the best way to cope. Mike and I went to grade school together and then after Francis and I started dating our paths crossed again. I know you know better than anyone, but I remember him as a great guy. Delpha Barker sent me an e-mail reminding me when he stayed with Grandma Mable and how much Delpha appreciated him because she always felt Grandma Mable was safe. Do take care and you will find the strength thru love, family and memories. Pam Shrock and family.

    Joyce,
Mom and I were sad to hear of Mike’s passing. We enjoyed having the two of you as our neighbors those many years before your move and also enjoyed having Mike as our mailman until his retirement. Know you will be in our prayers. Take your strength and love from our Great God Almighty.
    Nina & Dianne Rice
    Your neighbors on Blinn.
